Claire Evans, Head of Year 11 at Flint High School, applied for the Associate Headship position within the school. On Friday 3rd December Claire was interviewed for the role and was the successful candidate.

Nyrie left school, aged 16, in 2018 with less than 5 GCSEs. Her preferred job was to be a teacher and even though she managed a grade C in English and Math’s, she wasn’t eligible to pursue the traditional route to be a teacher through sixth form and university.

Jack has completed his Level 3 PESS and Level 3 STLS qualification and has recently started a university course to study Psychology. Jack worked hard throughout his course and was dedicated to both his role in school and his qualification.
