Claire Evans, Head of Year 11 at Flint High School, applied for the Associate Headship position within the school. On Friday 3rd December Claire was interviewed for the role and was the successful candidate. Claire took the time to contact her assessor to let her know and to thank us for the help and support she received from the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, stating: “This course prepared me for the Headship interview process.”

Many congratulations to Claire and to the school in gaining their new Associate Head who has learned and demonstrated a wide range of management and leadership skills throughout her course so far.
