Adrian enrolled onto the level 3 Learning and development qualification in April of 2023. Adrian is the Youth service co-ordinator for Flintshire County Council and wanted to gain a tutor/assessor qualification so that he would be qualified to pass on his extensive knowledge in the youth service sector to the next generation of youth workers. Adrain added 'This qualification has really helped me understand the knowledge and skills of assessment of and assessment for learning. I feel a lot more confident in preparing, delivering and assessing training courses and cant wait to put my new skills into action.'
