Sadie began her Level 2 Playwork qualification in February 2023. Sadie had begun working in a holiday club and wished to enhance her knowledge and understanding of playwork and the playwork principles through a level 2 qualification. Sadie has engaged with the course and has been able to upskill herself and is making tracks to begin her Level 3.

Sadie added ‘I have enjoyed doing my Level 2, it has given me more knowledge and skills to make sure that I am able to do my job to my best ability. I have learnt a lot from completing the research and engaging with the holidays clubs policies, I was worried that I would find the qualification hard but I have actually really enjoyed it and have had fantastic support from my tutor.’
