Chloe enrolled onto the level 3 Learning and development qualification in March 2023. Chloe had previously completed a qualification in Playwork and a teaching degree and understood the importance of having support throughout qualification and wanted to become that person for learners engaging in apprenticeships.

Chloe added 'This qualification has supported my knowledge and understanding of supporting individual learners and assessment for learning. I am now able to confidently deliver, assess and support learners within their apprenticeships.’
