Nicola Jones is no stranger to our education courses at Achieve More Training, and we are delighted to have been able to support her along the way. Nicola has been working as a Teaching Assistant for the last 8 years, supporting schools and children in a handful of primary schools across Flintshire. Currently, Nicola is working at Ewloe Green County Primary School and is thoroughly enjoying her time there commenting that there is a real sense of community and support from all staff, under the expert Headship of Ruth Dyas. Recently, Nicola has enrolled onto our Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification after her successful completion of the Level 2 and 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools NVQ.
Nicola places fun and creativity at the forefront of her interactions with the children at school and thrives on seeing them develop their learning and confidence. This current academic year, Nicola has primarily been with Year 6 children although has also worked at other year groups and has been supporting another apprentice who is just starting their career as a Teaching Assistant.
We are very proud of the courses we offer and it is fantastic to see how learners can progress and excel through our qualification routes.
