Nathan is one our Supporting Teaching and Learning apprentices based in Ysgol Caer Nant. He is a confident and vibrant young person who keeps the children he is in touch with at the forefront of everything he does. Nathan started with Achieve More Training at the start of the 2021/22 academic year at St Ethelwolds as a Level 2 teaching assistant, he really enjoyed this journey as the school he was in supported him to complete this qualification.
Nathan then decided he wanted to carry on the journey of being a teaching assistant and improve his knowledge within the classroom. This academic year he moved schools to Ysgol Caer Nant which he is loving every minute, his main enjoyment is supporting Year 1 which is his year group with learning through creative play.
Finally Nathan has successfully completed many courses in both the education and sport pathways. He recently received his Level 1 and Level 2 Sports Coaching Certificate and is awaiting his certification for his completion of Level 2 STLS and is hoping to complete the Level 3 STLS in the coming months.
