Chelsi is one of our September starts currently studying her Level 2 STLS qualification. Since September, Chelsi has progressed and flourished with the work and role of a TA in school. Chelsi is very eager to learn and shares many examples and knowledge around new subjects. Not only is Chelsi excelling academically in her work but has also become a valued member in the school she is based. Chelsi supports children with ALN and is currently working closely as a 1:1. In such a short time, Chelsi has been able to build strong bonds with pupils, and from visits is amazing to see how above and beyond Chelsi goes to provide the nurture and support needed. Upon my last visit, Chelsi mentioned something heart whelming to me which has stuck. After having the pleasure of meeting Chelsi’s 1:1, she referred to them as best friends, which was clear in such a short amount of time the trust and relationship they have built has allowed them both to grow in the setting they are in. I am very fortunate to be a part of Chelsi’s journey throughout her qualification and look forward to further supporting her in her career pathway.
