Currently enrolled onto the level 3 NVQ in personal training course. He’ s working at Fishguard Leisure Centre as a fitness instructor.
Since starting the course, he has shown real enthusiasm for fitness, already putting some of the course knowledge into practice. Designing a starter pack for new members to follow.
Lewis has a passion for weightlifting & competing in powerlifting. He is competing in the Welsh Championships Powerlifting Competition in April this year. Last year placed first, also receiving ‘Best Lifter Of The Day’. So, he’s hoping for a repeat performance this year. This will allow him to be selected for British Championships and hopefully the Commonwealth Games in South Africa later this year.
