This qualification is aimed at new and aspiring Head Coaches, Sport Team Managers, Sport Development Managers and other middle managers in Sport. This qualification will help you get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need to be a Leader and Manager in Sport at this level.
Qualification Structure
To achieve a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership, learners must complete a minimum of 53 credits.
- 17 credits from MANDATORY UNITS
- a minimum of 20 credits from GROUP 2 (OPTIONAL UNITS)
- a maximum of 16 credits from GROUP 3 (OPTIONAL UNITS)
A minimum of 40 credits must be achieved through the completion of units at Level 4 or above.
Learner Entry Requirements
