Paul Williams
Paul Williams, 34, from Northop, Flintshire, has a broad background in education and leadership.
Teaching Experience: Paul is currently an ESW skills lecturer at Coleg Cambria, where he has been delivering English, Maths, Digital Literacy, and Employability since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as the KS2 Leader at St. Winefride’s Catholic Primary School in Holywell, contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), a teacher governor, and in roles as both the Maths Subject Lead and Digital Leader.
Current Responsibilities: In his role at Coleg Cambria, Paul teaches across four core subjects and provides essential support to the Curriculum Director/Assistant Principal, assisting with curriculum development and advancing pedagogy within the department.
Qualifications:
- 2011: BA Hons in Community Sport Development – Glyndwr University
- 2013: Postgraduate Certificate in Education – Bangor University
- 2016: Masters in Education – Cardiff University
- 2024: ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management – Achieve More Training
Paul will also be a guest speaker at the upcoming "Spotlight on Success: Effective Practice in Professional Learning" seminar on the 20th of November, where he will share insights from his professional journey and expertise.
