Good News Story - Mitchell Pepper
Mitchell Pepper is continuing to make excellent progress on his apprenticeship, demonstrating commitment, reflection, and a real desire to develop within his role in school.
Throughout his apprenticeship, Mitchell has consistently engaged with tutor feedback and used it to improve how he supports learners on a day-to-day basis. He has highlighted how the course has encouraged him to reflect on his own practice, think more deeply about learner needs, and make small but meaningful changes that have had a positive impact in the classroom.
A key part of Mitchell’s journey has been the support he receives from his tutor, Michelle, whose regular feedback and guidance have helped him build confidence, develop new skills, and recognise his own potential. This strong work ethic and positive attitude have already resulted in Mitchell successfully progressing from his Level 2 qualification onto Level 3 — a clear reflection of the effort he has put in.
Looking ahead, Mitchell is highly motivated to continue progressing within education and training. Following discussions with Michelle, he is now exploring longer-term pathways that could see him progress beyond Level 3, with ambitions of continuing into higher-level qualifications in the future.
Mitchell’s journey is a great example of how apprenticeships can support professional growth, confidence, and clear progression routes within the education sector.
