Natasha enrolled onto the Level 3 Supporting Teaching and learning qualification in May 2023, to gain more knowledge and skills to progress within her career. Natasha is a teaching assistant within Castell Alun, supporting students through effective interventions, which are crucial for their progress and achievements. Natasha provides one-to-one and small group support to students that need help in specific subjects. Completing this qualification allows you to expand your current knowledge whilst learning new skills and gaining more experience.
