Completing the Level 3 PE and School Sport apprenticeship has helped me greatly in gaining the knowledge and understanding required to deliver a variety of effective physical education and sports programmes within lots of schools and also the local community in Gwynedd. Through the programmes and sessions that I have ran, this has helped and supported hundreds of children to be physically active, have fun and to learn a range of new skills in lots of different sports.
