Kayleigh enrolled onto the level 5 ILM Leadership and Management qualifications in June of 2022. Kayleigh is the Teacher of Art in the Expressive Arts Faculty for Argoed High School and wanted to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours for leadership and management to advance her career progression possibilities. Kayleigh has recently completed her qualifications framework.  Kayleigh says 'I have found the course beneficial to helping me to put theory into practice. I have gained confidence in my ability to lead and enjoyed utilising the skills gained from my studies. Many of the techniques for managing change have been considered around changes to the curriculum within my subject as a result.'
