Allan enrolled onto the Level 5 Leadership and Management in March of 2023. Allan is the Facilities Investment Manager for Cymru Football Foundation Limited and wanted to build on his previously completed ILM L4 Leadership and Management to further his knowledge and skills for leadership  so that he would be qualified to utilise this knowledge with the development of CFF. Approved Prior Learning Units from Level 4 has meant that Allan was able to complete his Level 5 framework earlier than the expected end date and he has completed this month.

Allan says ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed my ILM journey with AMT to date. I have received excellent support from my mentor Gaynor, and I've found the course equally challenging and rewarding.

I have particularly found the opportunity to reflect and challenge my personal, and our business processes hugely insightful and have no doubt improved my skills and knowledge base as part of this process '

Allan’s Manager, Aled Jones says ‘Very pleased to confirm that Allan's development has recently been recognised with a change of title to reflect his national responsibilities as EDI & Impact Lead.’
