Michelle's background is entirely in Early Years and Education. She worked as a Nursery Nurse and Nursery Manager for many years before transitioning to a role as a Lecturer in a college, where she served for over 11 years. After moving from Essex to Wales, she returned to her career following a break to raise her daughter. She resumed her professional journey as an assessor and later advanced to the position of IQA/Quality Coordinator, a role she held for three years.

Michelle likes nothing more than a good novel and cherishes spending time with friends and family.
