Hayley has over 17 years experience within the education sector. Starting off as a sports coach, delivering both community and curriculum lessons across schools and community groups, specialising in dance, gymnastics and cheerleading. During this time, Hayley achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Drama & Theatre studies. Following this, Hayley then went on to study her PGCE in Secondary education. It was following this that Hayley entered the world of apprenticeships and never left!

Hayley began as a trainee assessor for supporting teaching and learning in school qualifications before also delivering early years qualifications. Following on from achieving her assessors award, she then progressed on to complete her IQA award and this is where her love of quality assurance began. Hayley took on many roles including Lead IQA, Curriculum Lead, Head of Apprenticeships and Head of Operations before coming to achieve more training to work as a quality co-ordinator.

Hayley is passionate about developing and nurturing talent and is committed to the ongoing success of apprenticeships within the education and early years sectors. Hayley particularly enjoys supporting other staff as they begin their journey as work place assessors and progress into quality assurance roles.
