Leah started out as an apprentice herself 5 years ago with Achieve More, gaining both Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Leah completed her apprenticeship and landed herself a job as a Teaching Assistant in the Primary School she was based at. Leah has a passion for working with children with ALN and was quickly promoted to working in the schools Social Communication/ASD Resource, where she became Lead TA for nearly 3 years. Leah later started studying her Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification with us to contribute to her roles.

Leah now works for the company delivering the qualifications she once completed herself, as well as delivering Playwork!

Leah has danced since the age of 8 and participated in annual Christmas and Summer dance shows up until she was 18. Leah likes to keep active by attending an adult dance class where she participates in summer shows, as well as attending the gym. Leah also enjoys socialising with friends and family, her favourite things is dining out!
