Morgan's Dedication and Compassion Shine at Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn

At Achieve More Training, we are passionate about celebrating the achievements of our learners as they develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to make a real difference in their workplaces. This month, we'd like to recognise the fantastic progress being made by Morgan, who is completing her Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (STLS) Level 2 apprenticeship while working at Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn in Denbighshire.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Morgan has consistently demonstrated an excellent standard of work, producing high-quality academic assignments while successfully applying her learning within the school environment. Her commitment to both her studies and her role has enabled her to make significant progress, earning the respect and trust of colleagues across the school.

A recent workplace observation highlighted the exceptional support Morgan provides to children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). During the session, she demonstrated outstanding patience, empathy and professionalism, adapting her approach to meet the individual needs of each learner and ensuring every child felt included, supported and encouraged to participate.

Morgan's calm and caring nature allows her to build strong relationships with the children she supports, creating a positive learning environment where they can develop confidence and achieve their potential. Her ability to respond sensitively to individual needs while maintaining high expectations reflects the qualities of an excellent teaching support practitioner.

Her assessor commented on the confidence and maturity Morgan has developed throughout her apprenticeship, recognising the significant progress she has made in both her practical skills and professional practice. She has become a highly valued member of the team at Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn, with her positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine passion for supporting children evident in everything she does.

Morgan's journey is a wonderful example of how apprenticeships enable individuals to develop meaningful careers while making a positive impact within their local communities. We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved so far and look forward to following her continued success as she progresses in the education sector.

Well done, Morgan, and thank you for the fantastic contribution you continue to make at Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn.
