Congratulations to Jess, who has successfully completed her Learning & Development (Assessor) qualification in an impressive nine months!

Having been identified early on as a potential fast-track achiever, Jess embraced the opportunity to complete her qualification ahead of schedule. When approached about accelerating her progress, she enthusiastically accepted the challenge and consistently went above and beyond, completing additional work to ensure she stayed on track to finish early.

Throughout her journey, Jess demonstrated an exceptional commitment to her studies. Every piece of work she submitted was completed to a consistently high standard, showcasing both her professionalism and dedication to learning. She attended all of the online teaching sessions delivered by Michelle and fully engaged with every aspect of the qualification.

One area where Jess particularly excelled was the practical assessment element of the course. She worked closely with several of our fitness learners, carrying out practical observations in the gym and gaining valuable hands-on experience of the assessment process. Her confidence, knowledge, and ability to apply assessment principles in real-world situations have been outstanding.

By the time of her exit review, it was clear that Jess had developed a strong understanding of assessment practices and processes, along with the skills needed to support learners effectively. Her positive attitude, commitment, and willingness to challenge herself have made her a pleasure to work with throughout the programme.
