Caitlin has previously completed her level 2 Diploma in supporting teaching and learning and progressed with me onto her Level 3 Diploma in specialist support for teaching and learning in schools. Caitlin has enjoyed her experience within the school and has gained confidence supporting within the classroom. Caitlin is able to maintain a safe, structured environment while fostering positive relationships and promoting clear expectations. Caitlin is passionate within her role and has been observed implementing tailored interventions and adapting lesson materials to meet children's needs. Caitlin was worried about completing her application of number assessment at level 2, we worked together setting small targets and over the summer break, Caitlin has successfully completed the application of number-controlled task and passed her confirmatory test. Caitlin has been working hard to complete her level 3 and Caitlin is keen to gain experience within the early years and progress onto her Level 3 Play work.
