Learner of the Month Spotlight: Jeanne Gray 🌟

At Achieve More Training, we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our learners, and this month we are delighted to recognise Jeanne Gray for her outstanding dedication, resilience and commitment to learning.

Jeanne has demonstrated exceptional determination throughout her apprenticeship journey, consistently balancing the demands of working full-time in a school environment while completing her studies to an excellent standard. Her hard work and positive attitude have enabled her to achieve remarkable success.

One of Jeanne's most impressive achievements was completing her Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification a full month ahead of schedule. This accomplishment reflects not only her strong work ethic but also her commitment to personal and professional development.

Alongside her main qualification, Jeanne successfully completed her Essential Skills in Communication and Digital Literacy. Achieving these qualifications is a significant accomplishment in itself, but what makes Jeanne's success even more noteworthy is that she has completed her learning while studying in English as an additional language. Her perseverance, determination and willingness to continually challenge herself have been truly inspiring.

Throughout her programme, Jeanne has consistently demonstrated a positive approach to learning and a genuine desire to develop her knowledge and skills to better support the pupils and colleagues she works with. Her dedication has not gone unnoticed, and she has earned the respect and admiration of those around her.

Jeanne's tutor, Jonathan Trotman, commented:

"Jeanne is one of the students who has given me real pleasure to see succeed. She has worked so hard to achieve both her qualification and her Essential Skills, and I am very proud of everything she has accomplished."
