Learner of the Month Spotlight: Annalise Gray 🌟

At Achieve More Training, we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our learners, and this month we are delighted to recognise Annalise Gray for her outstanding progress and dedication at Ysgol Maes Y Fellin.

Annalise's journey has been one of continuous growth and success. Having successfully completed her Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, she has progressed onto Level 3, demonstrating both commitment and a passion for supporting young people. During her Level 2 placement, Annalise worked with Year 1 and 2 pupils, where she quickly established herself as a capable, reliable and valued member of the school team.

Following her success, Annalise secured a vacant role supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) pupils across a range of age groups. This progression is a testament to the confidence the school has in her abilities and the positive impact she has made on learners.

During a recent observation, Annalise delivered a Mathematics lesson to four ALN pupils, each working at different levels of understanding. She expertly adapted her teaching approach to meet individual needs, breaking down instructions into manageable steps and ensuring every learner could access and engage with the activity. Through the use of visual aids, targeted questioning and personalised support strategies, Annalise created an inclusive learning environment where all pupils could succeed.

What stood out most was her ability to think on her feet, adapt to challenges as they arose and maintain excellent levels of engagement throughout the lesson. Her calm and professional manner, combined with her genuine care for the learners she supports, reflects the qualities of an exceptional Teaching Assistant.

Annalise's professionalism, adaptability and commitment to helping every learner reach their potential make her a truly deserving nominee for Learner of the Month.
