Katie has worked extremely hard and has completed the Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools in March 2026. Katie has nowprogressed onto level 3, and her confidence has grown within her practice. Katie was working for an employment agency and has secured a full-time role from September 2026, working one to one with a child.

Katie is passionate within her role and has been observed implementing tailored interventions, adapting lesson materials and utilising Visual Supports to establish structure and reduce anxiety in the classroom.
