Farrah started as an admin apprentice with Achieve More Training in Nov 2023 and enrolled onto the Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. Farrah wanted to develop her knowledge and skills as an administrator in business, Farrah added ‘The qualification is helping me to gain knowledge about basic administrative skills. I’ve also been able to engage in a digital literacy qualification, which allowed me to gain an understanding of online research, collaborative working and online safety.’
