Dan Completes Apprenticeship and Progresses to Level 3

School-based apprentice earns full-time role after an outstanding year of growth

Achieve More Training is proud to celebrate Dan, who completed his apprenticeship in July and has now progressed onto a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Over the past year, Dan has developed not only his knowledge and skills, but also the confidence and professionalism he brings to his role each day. His friendly manner, positive attitude and willingness to support others have made a real impression on staff, fellow learners and colleagues alike.

Dan is always approachable, polite and helpful around the school. He has also become a fantastic source of encouragement for other apprentices and App-Prentis employees, regularly reminding them of the importance of meeting deadlines, keeping up to date with their work and recognising the progress they are making.

His commitment to producing high-quality work was clear throughout his apprenticeship. Dan created an excellent display-unit project, documenting each stage of the task with photographs and thoughtful evidence. It reflected the care, effort and pride he takes in his learning and professional development.

Dan’s hard work has also been recognised by his school Ysgol Pendalar, where he successfully secured a full-time contract. Feedback from his interview was full of praise, with Dan able to clearly explain what he had learned during the course and how he had applied those skills in practice, exactly what an apprenticeship is designed to achieve.

His tutor Michelle said: “It has been a privilege to watch Dan grow throughout the course. He has become such a positive force within the school, and I am incredibly proud of everything he has achieved.”
