Danae began the Level 5 ILM Leadership and Management qualifications in May 2022.  Danae completed all aspects of her framework at the start of this year and here she is, at Ysgol Bryn Deva, with Head Teacher, Mrs Karen Burrows, receiving her certificates for  ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership,   ILM Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management and Digital Literacy Level 2.

On completion of the qualifications, Danae said ‘Thank you for all the support throughout the course. I feel that I have gained confidence and knowledge that has impacted positively upon my own leadership and management skills.  In addition, when applying for higher leadership roles,  roles I have found that I meet lots of the person criteria through this course.’
