Archie began his apprenticeship at Ysgol Pen Coch last September and has shown exceptional progress throughout his learning journey. From day one, he has demonstrated a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.

Over the course of his apprenticeship, Archie has consistently welcomed feedback and used it to strengthen his confidence, refine his skills, and enhance his day-to-day practice. His enthusiasm for developing new knowledge across a wide range of areas has made him a valued and dependable member of the team.

Archie has excelled in providing high-quality support to learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). His patience, empathy, and commitment to ensuring each child thrives are clear in everything he does. This dedication has not gone unnoticed and has recently led to his appointment to a full-time position within the school.

We are delighted to share that Archie is now progressing onto his Level 3 qualification, where he will continue to build on his excellent practice and further develop his skills in his role.
