Throughout his career, Stephen has occupied managerial roles in each organisation, overseeing the development of a comprehensive suite of reporting tools. These tools offer transparent insight into performance, ranging from departmental to financial aspects, ensuring compliance with funding regulations. Additionally, he has managed MIS systems and conducted training sessions for staff on their usage.

Stephen has consistently demonstrated his knack for crafting spreadsheets tailored to the organisation's requirements, aiding staff in comprehending the reported data.
