AMT Team

Seb has a wide range of experience working within the sport sector – predominantly in rugby. He has previously worked in Rugby Development with the Welsh Rugby Union, where he was awarded the Coach Core Graduate of the Year prize in conjunction with his Level 3 Apprenticeship. Seb understands the individual learners’ needs, as he has partaken and tutored in traineeships and apprenticeship courses himself.

Seb is an active coach in the community, with inclusivity and developing a passion for sport at the heart of everything he does. He is currently Head Coach at Rhyl & District RFC and RGC u15’s, and has experience working with regional age grade teams and Welsh Exiles under-18s. Seb also has extensive experience working within disability rugby teams, providing opportunities for all to enjoy the national sport.

Seb feels passionately about making a difference and helping young people develop their coaching and life skills to enhance learners holistically and instil a lifelong love of sport.
