Lauren has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years starting off as a fitness/gym instructor then moving on to personal training/GP referral and also managing various gyms. After gaining a BSc in Sport Science with Sports Development at Liverpool Hope University, she worked her way into training as an assessor/tutor, IV and regional manager for various training providers . Her main subjects are Personal Training, Fitness Instructing, Sports Coaching, Leisure Operations and Leisure Management.
She is also a qualified indoor cycling, circuits and kettlebells instructor, Pilates and a qualified First Aider.
