She has implemented robust systems and procedures in line with the Common/Education Inspection Frameworks in England, significantly improving the organisation’s Ofsted ratings, overseeing compliance, and maintaining high standards of staff training and professional development.

Alison holds relevant certifications in Business Studies, Performance Coaching, and numerous teaching, training and Quality Assurance qualifications, including QTLS and a Leadership and Management Level 5 Apprenticeship. Her career has been marked by a commitment to excellence, as evidenced by her successful management roles at she has held.  Alison is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in training, ensuring that all staff are well equipped to deliver high-quality education and support to learners.
