Social Media and Marketing Apprenticeship

Location: Holywell Town FC, CH8 7TZ

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Fixed Term

Salary: £13000 per year

Start date: September

To provide consultancy and support to clients regarding social media, recruitment and marketing through Pro-Active Leisure Solutions services to Employers in the Education, Sport and Leisure sectors.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent administrative skills and highly organised
  • Creativity, being practical approach and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, able to negotiate and influence with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy particularly around social media platforms
  • Good attention to detail
  • A flexible yet organised approach to work
  • The ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines whilst maintaining high standards
  • A creative approach to seeking out solutions

The roles main duties include:

  • Organising and scheduling promotional events, activities, and resources (e.g., careers fairs, open events for learners and engagement, collaboration, and information events for employers)
  • Liaising with schools and attendance at school events to promote opportunities
  • Assisting with marketing and business development campaigns e.g., mailshot activity
  • Creating engaging social media posts across various platforms (i.e., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
  • Attending external events as required and promoting the business at every opportunity
  • Supporting the Partnership Managers with effective administration support as required.
  • Developing and continuously update a good understanding of the full apprenticeship and part-time courses to enable confident promotion of the business to a wide range of clients and potential learners at events
