Wyndham Williams – Pembrokeshire Partnership Manager

Wyn has over 15 years experience working in sports development, education and community club development whilst working with a wide-range of organisations; including statutory partners, corporate, private, public, voluntary and third sectors.

He is an all-round sportsman who wholeheartedly believes in the philosophy of building communities by investing in people to improve their health and well-being by harnessing the potential opportunities within the local area. He is also the Community Development Manager at Cymru Premier football club Haverfordwest County AFC in Pembrokeshire, where he strategically manages the club’s community development programme through his creative initiatives that use the power of football to address the social needs of disadvantaged people in the local community.

Throughout his career, several of his initiatives and projects have been recognised as a sector-leading practice by Sport Wales, Estyn, local authority and third sector organisations. Wyn has recently started his Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management to support his role as a Pembrokeshire Area Manager for the Achieve More Training apprenticeship programme.
