Ap-Prentis – Recruitment Administrator (Level 4) Apprenticeship

Job Description
Reporting to: Director
Venue: Holywell, Flintshire
Rate of Pay: £18,000 – £20,000 (dependent on experience)
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
To support the organisation with general recruitment and administrative tasks and ensure company processes are adhered to.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking a wide range of office administration tasks such as scanning, filing, telephony and photocopying
- Answering general enquiries, transferring and directing phone calls around the organisation as appropriate and taking/delivering messages promptly.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process under guidance from colleagues
- Advertising vacancies,
- Contacting applicants,
- Organising interviews,
- Conducting regulatory checks.
- Follow safer recruitment protocols and record evidence.
- Good, clear communication between stakeholders to ensure recruitment expectations met or managed.
- Collection of information from employees and host companies on sick leave and then provide information on SSP to the payroll team
- Maintain/update payroll spreadsheet on a monthly basis
- Full training will be given
- Confidentiality must always be adhered to, otherwise disciplinary action will be taken
- Any other reasonable request as requested by the Director.
STANDARD MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE
- Maintain relations with all existing clients/partners/stakeholders/learners with regular and clear communication ensuring all relationships remain excellent.
- Share feedback from customers and learners via specified channels to improve processes.
- Liaise with colleagues and partners to meet recruitment deadlines and organise interview, recruitment and contractual administrative tasks in agreed timeframes.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- To abide by the organisation’s systems and procedures.
- Be a role model in maintaining a positive culture that embeds the organisation’s values by ensuring learners feel valued, safe and supported
- Desire and commitment to meet customer and employer needs
- A high level or verbal and written communication skills is key
- Being digitally and ICT literate is essential for this role
